Montreal 2010 - Day Three

Once again, we rose early but really had a very laid back morning (hmm... maybe too many ales). Got all shined up and had breakfast with Keegan and Danielle at Reubens on St Catherines. Janie had mentioned going the day before but we didn't jump! Great prices and excellent breakfast... Would you believe it if I said I had a breakfast skillet with smoked meat? It was excellent, along with all the other choices at our table.

Janie then went foraging, looking for a few deals in regards to some shopping for the kids. We had asked Peter prior to our departure whether he'd like us to pick up something, thinking that a habs fan like him would love a souvenir from the Bell Centre. He shocked us saying he wanted a pair of "French Jeans"!!!

I hunkered down for a nap in a big cozy bed. I had this crazy dream that I was John Lennon... maybe its cause the QE was home to his and Yoko's love in. Anyway, Janie got a few hours in at Eaton's Centre and the maze of underground mall space before we made tracks and headed for Dorval.

Once again we took the 747 and really didn't wait any more than 2 minutes. This really is an excellent service, when one considers getting to and from the airport to our accommodation in 35 minutes at a cost of $7 dollars each way. Absolutely a bargain and top notch service.

At Trudeau we had a smooth sail through security, once again hooked up with Keegan and Danielle (they were on the same flight home) and were happy Porter left very close to on time!
