I've included as many of the
links as I can remember that were used to help in the planning
for our trip. We used the internet a lot while on the road due
to the "as you go" nature of the trip. These links,
combined with daily use of the Travel Support links in the left
index, were important in our preparations. You'll see most linked
throughout the itinerary as well, in a chronological order.
