Jamaica ’18 Gallery

Not sure Hemingway would approve!

After each trip we sort through the mass of pictures on the iPhones.  This time around I found our collection of snaps very colorful… vibrant pinks and reds, lush greens and that aqua blue that says the Caribbean! All the pics within were taken with phones belonged to Eileen, Janie & Monica. I took them and scattered some of my favorites throughout the blog using the iPad. Most are taken in the Tikal (Moksha) Villa area. Interwoven, however, you’ll also find images of transport, attractions we visited, our beautiful meals and the many creatures (horse, birds, lizards, fish) that we used encountered. Just a glimpse of the Jamaica we experienced that may provide helpful information in creating a picture for others that may pass this way!

I’m guessing our raw picture data started with well over a 1,000 images, with oodles of video, but which have been culled to a around 50+ shots to be kept in the Gallery. Hope you enjoy these pics I’ve set up in jAlbum;

Monica also compiled some video and music that we thought perfect to profile here.  While it takes me weeks to corral all my ideas, she manages to adeptly sum up her vacation in 60 seconds of video. You can access by clicking the following link:

Further, we experimented with Uncle Eric’s underwater camera this time around. We’re going to see what that looks like when we get it off the camera and hope to post a photo collection of those here as well.
