It’s a well timed breather! At school the marks are in, fundraiser almost settled, time has changed and a not so distant rumble of labour unrest is rolling in! Just Janie and I with the youngins’ all looked after at home. Remembrance Day Weekend in Toronto… Kind of seems like a slick distraction, eh?
The plan was pretty simple. Cash in card rewards for as much as we could, waltz into Toronto for a couple of nights downtown, max out on attractions and fun… Then limp home! Going to take in a little hockey, some basketball, peruse the markets, and enjoy an ale. Looking forward to at least a few days on the move and a little roaming and anonymity in the big city. I’ll do my best to detail how we make out!
